Therapy with
Dr Bianca Nardini
Clinical Psychologist
I help you navigate what life has been throwing at you.
Work with me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 6 years of experience working in the NHS.
I offer integrative therapy that is tailored to your needs, including Compassion Focussed, Cognitive Behavioural and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as EMDR, and Narrative Therapy.
My areas of expertise
Feeling anxious?
You might be experiencing racing thoughts or excessive worrying, or your heart might start palpitating for no apparent reason. Together we can make space for calmness.
Experiencing depression?
Perhaps you’re no longer finding enjoyment in the things you used to and life is feeling empty. I can help you find clarity of mind so you can restart living a life that is meaningful to you
Are you highly self-critical?
Are you your worst enemy? Is anything you do never good enough? If your inner dialogue is a bully, we can work together on giving a voice to your kind and compassionate self.
How I work
I specialise in helping people who are highly self-critical and experience anxiety and depression.
Many people who have experienced shame often have a critical, unfair and mean inner voice.
I use an individualised approach to understand how past experiences have shaped your sense of self, and I help you regain control of the narrative. Therapy also involves identifying your strengths, learning new coping skills and bringing lasting change to your life.
